We act as intermediaries between establishments, owners and users to provide our clients the ability to find and reserve online accommodation in hotels, hostels, bed & breakfasts, apartments and rural guest houses. Our service is based on the information provided to us by the establishments and their owners. We make every effort to ensure that the information provided on this website is accurate. Engrande accepts no responsibility whatsoever for the accuracy of information provided by third parties, nor interruptions in services of any kind.
This website is destined for personal use only, not for private financial gain. The content of this website (including but not limited to the price and availability of the tourist services), and infrastructure used to provide said information, belongs exclusively to "EnGrande, Sociedad Limitada" and its providers. The user hereby agrees use this website for personal ends which do not include the direct or indirect personal financial gain of the user. The user also agrees to use this website in a lawful manner and in no way which is prohibited by these conditions and the law.

3. Credit card guarantee

Our collaborating establishments require your credit card details in order to secure your reservation. This information is supplied directly to the establishment where you have made a reservation*.
When you make a reservation, you directly accept an agreement with the establishment you have chosen. "EnGrande, Sociedad Limitada" will directly charge your credit card the amount for the intermediary service charge. When this has been completed, this means that the reservation has been confirmed and the availability will be blocked for the dates of your reservation. The remaining amount of the total charge will be paid directly upon your arrival at the lodging (unless otherwise indicated in the web page of your lodging).
*We have 'Secure Sockets Layer' (SSL) software from VeriSign which guarantees encryption of credit card data sent through the Internet, preventing third party access to this information. This software ensures that every transaction is 100% secure.

4. Cancellations and no-show policy

Please be aware that certain establishments apply their own specific cancellation policies, details of which are shown in the establishment description on the web page and on your confirmation e-mail. In the case that no specific cancellation policy is shown on the web page or on your confirmation our standard cancellation policy of 24 hours prior to the arrival date applies (see below for conditions).

(i) To cancel a reservation you must send written notification by e-mail within the time limit specified by the establishment's cancellation policy as stated on your confirmation e-mail, or the standard 24 hour EnGrande cancellation policy, whichever applies. (see details below).Please check your confirmation e-mail, which lists the applicable cancellation policy for further information.
If you cancel your reservation by notifying us before 12.00 (GMT+1, Spain time) within the specified cancellation period , 7 days if apartment), you will receive a full refund of the deposit amount prepaid online, less a €15 / £10 handling fee. (Standard cancellation period for apartments is 7 days before arrival date).

(ii) You may also cancel a reservation using the Auto Cancellation facility. Simply click on the following link: My Reservation and enter your e-mail address. You will automatically receive an e-mail containing a URL link. Open the e-mail and click on the link to access your reservation details (note: all reservations you may have made via EnGrande website will be listed, please ensure you select the correct reservation). Click the CANCEL button. You will subsequently receive an automatically generated e-mail with the details of the reservation confirming the cancellation. Please note, the cancellation policy of the establishment / EnGrande cancellation policy is also applicable to this facility. * Groups of more than 20 people must provide a minimum of 15 days’ notice to cancel their reservations.

If you simply do not show up at the establishment (no-show), and you do not contact us within the specified cancellation period by the establishment (or the standard EnGrande 24hrs notice period, whichever is applicable) before your expected arrival date, you will be charged a full 1 night & VAT for each room you have reserved, by the establishment, plus a £10 processing fee by EnGrande. There will be no refund of the amount prepaid online.

EnGrande blocks the online calendar for the room or apartment reserved from the moment the reservation is made until the arrival date. If you make a late cancellation, or simply fail to show up, these room nights will go wasted, unsold. The room nights have been held for you, at your request. Now they will go unsold due to this no-show or late cancellation. The ¨amount already paid¨ (the amount pre-paid online) will not be refunded, and will be used to partially offset the loss incurred by EnGrande and the establishment.

Only Applicable to: Ruralsi.com

EnGrande SL (RuralSi.com) will charge 15€ in customer service fees for the cancellation, regardless of how much advance notice is given. If the amount paid online is less than 15€, you will incur an additional charge which makes up the difference. If the amount paid online is greater than 15€, we will refund the difference.

Independently of the amount paid online, each establishment sets its own cancellation policy, which is detailed when confirming your reservation. In those cases in which the establishment's cancellation policy differs from ours, the establishment's policy will prevail.

- Hotels, residential homes (either houses for rent or rooms for rent), farmhouses, houses in small towns, or independent rural accommodations:

If you cancel your reservation by notifying us with less than 15 days notice prior to your arrival date, the establishment has the right to charge a cancellation fee of up to 25% of the total reservation amount if the reservation is for less than 7 nights, and up to 50% of the total reservation amount for stays 7+ nights. For cancellations made with more than 15 days advance notice, the establishment does not have the right to charge a penalty fee.

- Tourist apartments and bungalows:

If the reservation is for less than 30 nights stay, a cancellation made with more than 30 days advance notice will result in a 2% cancellation fine of the total value of the reservation. For cancellations made with advance notice of 7-30 days, 20% of the total reservation value will be charged. For cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice, a cancellation fee of 40% of the total reservation value will be charged.

If the reservation is for more than one month stay, and the cancellation is made with more than 30 days advance notice, a cancellation fee of 1.25% of the total reservation value will be charged. A 12.5% cancellation fee applies if the cancellation is made with 7-30 days advance notice; and a 25% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice.

If the stay is for more than one month and more than 30 days advance notice of cancellation are given, the cancellation fee will be 0.75% of the total reservation value. A cancellation fee of 7.5% of the total value reserved will be applied for cancellations made with 7-30 days advance notice, and a 15% cancellation fee of the total value reserved for those cancellations made with less than 7 days advance notice.

For no-shows (those who do not present themselves at the accommodation on the date of check-in), the establishment has the right to charge either the cancellation amount, as defined above, or the first night of the stay, whichever amount is greater.

Our website has been created in good faith, however you must verify the information before acting upon it. We will under no set of circumstances be responsible for any loss of direct or indirect profit as a result of your using our services. Our responsibility is strictly limited to the amount which you have paid for your stay at your reserved lodging.

The content, software, products and services published on this website can contain inexact data or typographical errors. We and our affiliates will not guarantee or be responsible for the accuracy of the photos of hotels or other lodgings, nor the descriptions of these establishments, cruises, cars and other products, services and other commodities listed on this website: the majority of this data has been provided by suppliers. This website serves strictly as a guide to the category of the hotels and lodgings, and we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. In accordance with the Spanish Data Protection & Personal Privacy Law 15/1999, EnGrande SL ensures that all personal information is stored on a secure data base, and is used solely for the to process your reservation, to inform you of reservation status, communicate future EnGrande promotions and activities, and for purposes of quality control following your stay at the establishment.
In order to process your reservation, EnGrande SL is obliged to communicate your credit card details and personal information to the establishment where you have reserved. (Your credit card details are deleted from the hotel extranet seven days after the termination date of your reservation). The credit card details provided are used solely and exclusively for the purpose of applying the terms and conditions of the reservation agreement.
As detailed in Clause 34e of the Spanish Data Protection & Personal Privacy Law 15/1999, the client gives their consent to the transferral of their personal details to the aforementioned recipients under the terms and conditions stipulated.
EnGrande SL ensures that all personal information is treated confidentially, and that this information is stored via secure server with the appropriate security measures prohibiting unauthorised access by 3rd parties.

2. Credit card information:

We directly charge the booking fee to your credit card; your credit card information is vital to guarantee your reservation. The remaining amount you will pay directly in the lodging (unless otherwise expressly indicated on web page of the lodging).

Your credit card information is sent to us through a secure server. We use the most modern and safest technology available on the market which encrypts personal and credit card data. The encryption method used is "VeriSign Secured", who have granted us SSL certification which you can verify on the web. We protect our server and our network with firewalls against unauthorized access. This way we can guarantee that it is 100% safe to send credit card data.

3. When do we send email messages to your email account?

You will receive a reservation confirmation email once the process has been finalized. Please print this email and present it once you arrive at your lodging.

We occasionally send emails as quality control after your stay in a hotel. If you are not interested in giving us your opinion, please let us know and we will not send you these emails in the future.

When you are making your reservation, you can register to receive a newsletter with special offers and other information of interest about the company. At any time you can request that we stop sending these emails. Every email contains a link which allows you to cancel your subscription to the newsletter.
